Cancellation Policy

(Please read my policy and cancelation rules.) -A card on file is a requirement. You are authorizing and agreeing to my following policies when you book your appointment. -New client appointments: $50 non-refundable deposit. This will be credited to your appointment the day of your service. If you cancel without a 48 hour notice, you will not be able to credit it towards your next rescheduled appointment. -Method of payment: Venmo/zelle/cash/check preferred, credit/debit cards accepted as well. -Cancellation policy Less than 48 hours- 25% of service Less than 24 hours- 50% of service *you will be required to pay before you are able to reschedule your appointment -No show policy Any no shows will be required to pay 100% of their service. Clients will be blocked from rebooking services until payment is made. -Services are non-refundable. You have 7 days from the day of your appointment to discuss any issues you may have with your hair. -Sickness, death, family emergencies are examples of “exceptions” to the cancellation policy. I ask you communicate in a timely manner, and do not leave me wondering if you are coming to your appointment. -15 minute grace period for clients who are running behind/running late to their appointment. This gives me enough time to stay on track and on time for my other clients. If you are late, you may be subject to leaving with wet hair, or only blow dried hair. Thank you for your understanding!
